SHIPPING & RETURNS

Most bags are made to order, which means we don't start cutting or sewing until your order is placed. This also means that your STANFIELD accessories are made especially for you.

Please allow 1- 2 weeks for production before your items are ready to ship.  If you need your bag by a certain date, email us and let us know.


SHIPPING

US Orders

Shipping through USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your package to arrive after production is complete.

International Orders

Shipped through USPS Priority Mail International or UPS International with delivery confirmation, based on package weight. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of merchandise.  

Please allow 1-4 weeks for your package to arrive after production is complete.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase;  if you're not happy, we're not happy.  If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, simply email us within 10 days of receipt to request a return or exchange.  Items must be received within 30 days from the original delivery date or they will not be accepted.  We will refund the cost of the item(s) via original payment method minus any shipping charges once the package has been inspected and approved.  

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received or they will not be accepted.  STANFIELD has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.  We suggest that all items be returned using a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number.  We can not be responsible for lost packages or damage during transit caused by the shippers.  Adding insurance is recommended for your return.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged at this time.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:  Please see your Wholesale Agreement.
