Returns & Exchanges
It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy, we are not happy. If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, simply email us within 3 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. Items must be received within 20 days from the original delivery date or they will not be accepted. We will refund the cost of the item(s) via original payment method minus any shipping charges once the package has been inspected and approved.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received or they will not be accepted. STANFIELD has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements. We suggest that all items be returned using a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number. We can not be responsible for lost packages or damage during transit caused by the shippers. Adding insurance is recommended for your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
